Getting in

Sign in with Slack is the fastest. Otherwise ask for a magic link by email. Once you're in, add a passkey and you won't need either again.
Two rooms, one app. The Builders Club is the members who work out of 165 King. The Waterloo Mafia is the wider network. If you're in both, the toggle at the top of the side rail switches which one you're looking at. It changes who you see, not what you can do.

What's in it

Where	What it's for
Home	The week at a glance: the feed, your pod, the current sprint, and what's on at 165 King.
People	The member directory. Profiles show what someone is building, what they're asking for and what they can offer. Ask for an intro from any profile with a real reason. If they accept, you both get each other's email. A decline is silent.
Office Hours	A short list of people worth time with. Pick a host, a length (15, 30 or 60 min) and a slot, say what you want to talk about. Booking is instant, invite lands in your calendar.
Events	What's happening at 165 King and around Waterloo. Presented at one? Claim it and it shows on your profile.
Book an event	Ask for the kitchen, basement or rooftop (or the whole building for a hackathon). Walkthrough: How to book the space in the app
Feed	Launches, what you shipped this week, updates, asks, and roles if you're hiring. Chronological, no likes, no ranking. Each post goes to the club only or to everyone, your call.
Projects	What members are building, each with its own page: links, updates, and where it's been demoed.
Investors & programs	Club only. Funds, accelerators, programs and grants, with honest reviews from members who've been through them. Reviews never leave the club.
Companies	Waterloo-connected companies, their founders, investors and programs. Founders can add or claim their own.
Sprints	Building sprints: set a goal, ship, demo. No scores, no streaks.
Pods	Five to eight members drafted each season. Your pod shows on your Home. Nobody outside it sees who's in it.
My bookings	Your office hours sessions and space bookings in one place. Track a request, change or move a booking, add your Luma link, or cancel.
Settings	Your membership card (plan, term, billing), fob number, email addresses, notifications, digest schedule, and a private calendar link that puts events and your bookings in your own calendar.
Agents	Connect Claude or another AI agent to the app over MCP and it can read the feed, find people, post your weekly shipped, and book office hours for you. Setup is in the in-app handbook.

What's shared in the app stays in the app. No screenshots, no forwarding, no quoting members outside. One warning, then removal.
