First things first... mindset

We want to make events easy to host in the building. In order to keep things easy, the first thing is that all guests should be able to maintain a hosts mindset.

Garbage goes in the garbage (not in a random bucket) — and when a bag is full, you replace it.
Please don’t make a mess and not clean it up
Respect the people working in the space

Insurance

For larger events that are on the rooftop or using multiple floors and or people you don’t know, please consider purchasing event insurance. Fairly easy provider: https://duuo.ca/event-insurance/

Using Builders Club Kitchen

We have a great space in the kitchen area for events. Members are free to use it at any time:

To manage bookings of the rooftop and basement event space, there is a shared central calendar across all tenants.
