About Builders Club

Builders Club is a high-trust community for people building things — startups, products, tools, ideas, and careers. We are not a traditional incubator or coworking space. We exist to create proximity between ambitious people so real work can happen.

The Role

This co-op role is for a highly capable, self-directed student who wants real ownership. You will help operate a live community of founders, engineers, designers, and operators while capturing the signal that emerges from real work being done.

Think of this role as a blend of community operations, signal capture, and builder support.

Responsibilities

Community Operations

• Support weekly and monthly events (Devhouse, demos, talks, co-working)
• Help prepare the space so it is welcoming, functional, and ready
• Be a consistent, friendly point of contact for members
• Assist with onboarding new members and students

Signal & Story Capture

• Notice and track member progress, wins, and momentum
• Draft event recaps and short member highlights
• Maintain a simple record of who is building what and their current stage
• Help ensure important activity inside the community does not go unnoticed
