A two-week builder sprint run by Barn VC × Builders Club. 25 builders, one goal each, daily accountability, and a Demo Day at the end. This page is everything you need to know to run the two weeks.

The basics

• Runs: July 15 → July 29, 2026 (2 weeks).
• Daily block: 3–5 PM Toronto, every weekday. No live talks — it's a working block: standup posts in the morning (9 AM), build heads-down, check-in at 4:45.
• In person: Kickoff (Jul 15) and Demo Day (Jul 29), both in Waterloo. Everything in between is remote.
• Weekends: Saturdays are quiet — no programming, just a light check-in. Sundays (Jul 19 + 26) have an optional hosted co-working session.
• Who runs it: Jesse — reach him in #help or by DM.

The daily rhythm

Every weekday runs the same shape so you always know what's happening:

• 8:00 — Reading drop. The day's tactical reads land in #workshops — pull them on your own time.

• 9:00 — Standup. Bob posts the prompt in #standup; drop 3 lines (yesterday / today / blocker) any time before mid-afternoon.

• 10:00 — Commitment echo. Bob DMs you back yesterday's check-in commitment so it's front of mind.

• 3:00 — Share + nudge. Bob nudges anyone who hasn't stood up — post what you've gotten done or where you're stuck. Build block runs 3–5; office hours in parallel — grab a slot if you need a mentor.

• 4:45 — Check-in. Bob prompts in #shipped: what shipped, and your commitment for tomorrow.

Two rules that make it work: standup is public, and you name one concrete commitment each day that Bob surfaces back to you the next morning.
